Chronic Pain Management
Long-term relief without dependence on medication
Chronic pain management at One Stop Rehab uses personalized physical therapy to help you move better, build confidence, and improve daily function—even when pain has lasted for months or longer. Our focus is not simply on “pushing through” pain; it is on creating a safe, realistic plan that helps you return to the activities that matter most.
Chronic pain care often includes non-drug strategies such as exercise therapy, physical therapy, manual therapy, education, and behavioral approaches. CDC guidance recommends maximizing appropriate nonopioid and nonpharmacologic options for subacute and chronic pain.

Exercise therapy—including aerobic, resistance, and aquatic exercise—along with physical therapy and selected psychological or mindfulness-based approaches can improve pain and function for many chronic pain conditions.
Our Approach
Persistent pain is real, but it does not always mean ongoing tissue damage. Pain can be influenced by the nervous system, stress, sleep, prior injuries, physical conditioning, movement habits, and the demands of everyday life. We take a whole-person approach that respects your symptoms while helping you safely restore capacity and confidence.
For example, if standing for 15 minutes triggers back pain, the first goal may not be “stand for hours.” It may be a graded plan to increase tolerance from 15 to 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, while improving strength, movement strategy, and recovery between activities.
